Sea Pearl — Restaurant in Goa

I was actually goings to the famous must visit Britto's after spending good quality time in Baga Beach.

But as we were entering Britto's, I and my wife could smell lovely aroma of seafood coming from some close by kitchen. This is how to found Sea pearl which was nxt to Britto's. A very simple bar and restaurant, with simple ambience, open restaurant with plastic table and chair.

Our visit was worth every penny.

We ordered for the local Goan food like Pomfret Recheado masala, and goan prawn curry with rice. Lip-smacking food. My wife said this is the best food she had in all of Goa. To beat the heat we also called for Fresh lime soda and banana milkshake which was nicely done.

We visited the same place again and this time enjoyed prawn Recheado and dal rice. Service was quick. The server was knowledgeable & always smiling. Don't know this name but he said he was from Orissa. He served us both times. Nice guy

I regret every second I spent at Sea Pearl. The food was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The portion sizes were insultingly small, barely enough to feed a child, yet they have the audacity to charge outrageous prices. It's a complete rip-off.

The seafood was abysmal. Everything tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for days. The mackerel, in particular, was the worst - completely uncooked and inedible. Serving raw fish like that is not just unacceptable, it's downright dangerous.

In summary, Sea Pearl is a total scam. Tiny portions, ridiculous prices, and horrendously stale, unsafe seafood. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...
