The Verda Le Pearl Goa — Hotel in Goa

My reviews (zero stars for this hotel)||1. We booked this hotel using Starinn suites membership. After reaching hotel we were provided luxury room but as we entered in the room it was stinking so badly. The walls of the room were fully lodged with water layer which was made to hide by putting sofa. ||2. Then on making request we were given another deluxe room. It appeared to the better than the previous luxury room but it too had many deficiencies. The wi-fi connectivity was worst in my experience, also the TV created a lot of trouble. The room entrance lock was not functioning properly. The door mate was not provided at the entrance. The basic amenities for bath like, shower cap and slippers were missing. The AC water was dripping from the ceiling. ||3. The unknown kids were swimming in the pool without any supervision which made to avoid pool use. ||4. The AC was starting after 10-15 minutes each time after entering in the room. The bedsheets each time changed and spread were stained. ||5. Good thing was food at restaurant and behavior of housekeeping staff. 6. But the most important point to be mentioned that there are some anti social elements (Nirmiti group staff) present in the hotel and they give you life threats if you talk about deficiencies in the hotel. I was insulted very badly by one of female staff of that group and she told me that I shall be slapped for speaking about hotel deficiency as hotel is providing food and shelter to us. ||So in my opinion better to...

Very bad people they are ....last 3 months back I went to coorge there one guy gave me free scratch coupon in that I won 2 nights stay in Goa ....In that also so many procedures are there , they will tell to atten one hour seminar after that they will give you the free voucher to stay le pearl hotel .. After that I got the confirmed booking one month before as mentioned in voucher and got the confirmation mail as well but when I went there they told the hotel ownership has changed and resort has been shifted and I was calling them back to back but they didn't picked up..The booking lady ( Renuka) was disconecting my call.. Some how doing google map I have reached there... Ha ha ha there also people are selling the same coupon which has given me this much pain.. I went in side told my story given all the proof but that receiption lady told she has mailed to there HO they will confirm it seems .... We waited so much time when I asked her she told she can't help it because HO has to reply.. It was already 4pm so I went out and booked another resort.. we had the coupon, we had the voucher and also we had the confirmation mail but then also they can't do anything.. Fake people....Customer satisfaction is nothing for them.... Really very bad experience we...
