Bookmark Resorts, Manali — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

We booked "luxury room with Jacuzzi" for 2 nights and we had an amazing experience. 2 things really standout:

1. Amazing view from room's balcony.
2. Their hospitality. Room was clean and well maintained. You can see the snow capped mountains (rohtang pass) from the balcony. The staff was very polite and helpful. Food was good but they can improve on these 2 things:
3. They need to improve their chinese food items. Other food items were good.
4. Time taken to serve the food was longer. They may need to hire more people to improve this. They have outdoor games like cricket and badminton and we really enjoyed playing those games in the resort's beautiful garden. They also arranged complimentary...

The location of Bookmark Resort in Manali is undoubtedly scenic and peaceful, offering a relaxing escape from the city. However, the overall experience was underwhelming due to a few key issues. There was a noticeable shortage of staff, which reflected in the very slow service across all areas — from housekeeping to dining. The food quality was also disappointing, lacking flavor and variety, which made meals feel more like a formality than something to enjoy. Had a lovely stay at Bookmarks in June this year! ✨ Absolute killer place, though the location is a bit tricky to reach since it’s right at the top of the cliff, the views are so worth it. Everything was perfect from the stunning balcony views to the super-friendly staff! 🤌🏽 They even did a special birthday décor on request, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Even the food was super fresh....
