Disappointing Experience at Jupiter Hotel I booked a 3-hour stay at Jupiter Hotel through MakeMyTrip, with a check-in time of 8 am. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and a lack of consideration for my family's needs.

Issues with Check-in Despite arriving on time at 8 am, we were made to wait for 30 minutes before being given our room. This was inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with a child.

Poor Communication What was even more frustrating was the hotel staff's lack of communication and empathy. They seemed unconcerned with our wait and did not provide any updates on the status of our room.

Terrible experience — strongly advise all travelers to avoid this place.||I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Hotel Jupiter, Manali.||When I arrived at the Manali Volvo Bus Stand on 30 May 2025, a man approached me and my friend offering rooms at this hotel. We agreed, and a driver from the hotel took us in a car. Halfway to the hotel, the driver suddenly demanded ₹200 for the ride — something that was never mentioned earlier.||When we refused to pay for this surprise charge, the driver started abusing us badly, calling us names and saying:|"Tum jaise log free mein ghoomna chahte ho, itni aukaat nahi hai tumhari."||When we refused to stay at the hotel and tried to leave, things got worse. The driver and staff shouted at us:|"Nikal yahan se!"|"Tere baap ka road hai kya?"|"Maar ke shakal badal dunga!"|"Nikal bsd!"||We felt extremely unsafe and threatened. This was our first trip to Manali and this hotel completely ruined it.||I strongly warn other travelers — do not trust anyone approaching you at the bus stand, and definitely avoid Hotel Jupiter, Manali.
