Location of Hotel is good for more than one reason. It is walking distance from main Mall road. Rooms are fairly good. Classic wooden interior is good. View is good on both front and backside. Staff is friendly with warm smile. Food is good. Myself and my wife had stayed in same hotel nearly 12 years ago and came here once again during 31st Jan. 2024 to 2nd Feb 2024. However this time there was a power breakdown for about 24 hours in part of Manali including area of this hotel due to heavy snowfall. Almost all good hotels have their own power backup system /generators. There was a malfunction in generator of this hotel. The management took quite many hours to repair since its part was taken to Kulu for repair. When the generator started in the middle of night, I requested them to run for a few hours but they did not consider my request. We were all chilling in our room including senior citizens like me (above 75 years) and also children. They should have been more considerate in...
