OYO 36433 Royal Star Cafe — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

Worst experience ever. Google maps gave its address as Kasol's. However it is located in Chalaal, which is not accessible via cars, etc. Booked it through Oyo and when we reached some time before check-in, the manager was so rude, very rude. He threatened us (we were a group of 9) saying it was Himachal, not Punjab and that 'if one is thrown in Parvati, no one ever finds him again' while we merely requested him to give us one room a li'll prior to check-in time. Also, it didn't have Oyo board, didn't help us with the navigation, and were so rude.

NEVER go...

The owner and the staff are very rude they are disgusting..when we left for market our room was opened after coming back without our permission and when we asked about it they were behaving rudely with us as a result we have to leave in middle of the booking at night itself disgusting...

pathetic worst. Hotel is running by goons 👺. Fully drunk and rude manager along with his friends/staff. We are not able to find the location so we spend whole night in cars. Manager abused me when I asked him for location( location shows wrong on Google map). Never ever...
