Was a regular guest of this property. Despite giving prior notice of arrival and booking room well in advance they don't arrange rooms for you. When you arrive at the reception they arrange room in a harakiri and rooms are full with mosquitoes. Despite all this I wanted to sleep due to my hectic schedule and then the ac started making noises . Room no. 107.iam a regular in this property since 4-5 years and I have always paid the full amount of room without any hassle for discount . And yes no cable connection facilities. They will always take your one hour after check in for simply starting ur tv then there will be no recharge. I surely won't come back but if the owners are aware enough to take guests complaints into account then they should surely look after this and make the staff compatible enough. And yes I checked out after just half an hour of check in and paid the whole amount and these guys in reception were not...

My personal experience:
I had booked my room and had special request that I'll check in after 12 AM. But unfortunately my train was delayed and I reached the hotel at about 2 AM. Even then, there was a person at the reception waiting just for me. He quickly processed and gave me my room in 5 mins. But above that ,what really impressed me was that even at midnight he asked whether I needed water or something else! To show that level of courtesy is indeed appreciative.    Read moreHotel Apex is a budget hotel, quite near to the railway station. The bathroom and rooms are nice, except that everything is quite small/tiny. We had breakfast at the hotel, it was totally unimaginative. The spread had just two dishes and they also won't get a refill fast enough. This when there were just eight people in the whole restaurant. The facinating thing is just outside the hotel. There are two chai tapris that open very early and the chai is divine.
