One of the worst experiences ever had at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative even they were so arrogant while talking to the customers. I have stayed for 3 nights 4 days in Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara, and in this entire time room AC was not at all working. I had my 8 months baby with me, and suffered so much due to this non-working AC of Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara, though I had booked AC Deluxe room with full payment in well advanced. When on first day itself I complaint about non-working AC to hotel reception, they told me that; sir you have set your room AC to 16oC and we had set in from master control to 200C that’s why it is not working. I don’t understand here who gave them right to decide at which temperature I should kept in my booked room’s AC…? Are they paying me or Am I paying them…? On second day again, I made complaint against non-working AC to hotel reception, and this time they were completely noncooperative so I contacted Oyo assist to make complaint about same here also I didn’t get my complaint solved. And on third day again when I complaint about non-working AC to hotel reception, at this time they were completely stubborn against my complaint. ||||Also, I have made booking for 4 persons (3 adults + 1 child) at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara for 4 days, 3 nights, even though each and every day they were providing In-Room Amenities only for 2 persons i.e. bath towel, soap & shampoo. No face towel, No Hand towel, No dental Kit, No shaving kit were provided by Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara.||||No any proper hygiene was maintained during my stay at Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara. I was there for 4 days 3 nights, and they didn’t even change Bed sheets in this 4 day. Also, no proper hygiene was maintained in toilet as well. More ever they didn’t clean room’s floor in these 4 days. All the garbage on room floor were as it is during these 4 days. ||||And on top of that on the check-out day i.e. 4th day Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara’s staff behave so arrogantly that, though check out time was 11:00 am to 12:00pm and as per hotel website late check out is also available on chargeable basis, they literally forced me to clear dues of my ordered food items (tea & water bottles) at 09:00 am itself. And at 11:15 am the Capital O 17101 Hotel Furatt International, Vadodara staff forced me to step out from my booked room along with my family including my 8 months old baby. Because of which I have to wait for almost 1 hour 30 mins at Hotel’s reception area. Around 10.50 I went to reception and asked whether restaurant is open- he said yes and when I went inside the service guy in restaurant denied to serve food and said it's closed. Den when again I enquired in reception he agrees to service guy and he said den it's closed. You guys have allowed a service guy as a decision maker. Food was available I could see but he denied saying it's closed. You should not treat your guest like this. We come from differtent state and without knowing language you expect us to search for food in that night outside. How do you expect us to come back or suggest someone.
