Hi guys I am writing this review with my very first visit at Vadodara I stayed in this hotel at a very normal cost in booked it through oyo let me tell you the stay in the hotel was fabulous the hotel head all the modern amenities and it's a fairly new hotel in that area the rooms were spacious bathroom clean and modern the hotel staff were friendly the food was good too with the price I paid it was all together a very good experience the location of the hotel is also very good as it is near to Vadodara Junction you may say that it is at a walking distance here is my rating for this hotel|1. Location : Very Good (at a walking distance from Vadodara Junction) if you have nominal luggage and afford to carry them then you can just walk and reach the hotel. if you have heavy luggage then you may hire auto rickshaw you may be charged around 20 to 30 Rupees as it is very near to Vadodara railway station.|The hotel is located at one of the prime places of the city you will find number of street food vendors selling food nearby let it be Chinese, vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Punjabi foods there are a number of options for you to go and eat. I would specially recommend a Punjabi Dhaba nearby which provides good food at affordable prices so if you are Punjabi and want to have Punjabi cuisine are you just want to have taste of the Punjabi cuisine you may go and visit this Punjabi modern Dhaba.|2. Amenities: value for money. They will keep cold water in your room and set of sleepers so that you may use the toilet if you didn't brought your own set of slippers the bed is soft and comfortable the entire room is morning and good looking you television had a number of channels so you will not get bored if you want to spend some time sitting and watching television.|A very good Garden is nearby at around 2 kilometres from the hotel where you can go and spend your evening with your family and kids there is also an amusement park in the garden and that is around 2 km from the hotel so you can either go by foot or can hire auto rickshaw for that up to you.|3. Cleaness: full marks to cleanness as the hotel is very very clean they have clean bathrooms clean bed everything in the room is clean full marks for that.|4. Other value added facilities: Hotel had comfortable lift and you can also pay through digital payment system like creditcard or oyo money they will not hesitate accepting digital payment as some of the hotels do and request the visitors to pay by cash specially hotels at New Delhi but they won't do that they will allow you to pay as per your desired payment system which is very good.|5. Suggestions For the hotel: one suggestion for the hotels is they don't put any dustbin in the bathroom so if you want to dispose some sachet or anything you have to go out and put that in the dustbin which is sometimes too did you getting so if they are putting one does pin inside the...
Read morePlease avoid booking this hotel if customer service and good behaviour is priority for you, because these guys lack it alot. Especially the hotel manager,Asif Patel. The most ill-mannered guy who doesn't even know how to behave with the customers (especially when he knows we are senior citizens).I booked the hotel for myself,my husband and sister for one night via Goibibo with free breakfast.The moment we checked in, my husband told him give us our breakfast early as we have to proceed for sightseeing, and the manger, Asif Patel told him your breakfast is not included in our stay, and started talking badly with my husband. When my husband tried to show him that it shows in the email which my husband got from Goibibo,he told we are not concerned with online bookings, it's not my problem. It doesn't matter who is wrong or who is right, but atleast respect your customers. And the manager, Asif patel was acting as if he doesn't even know what tie-ups his hotel is having with the online portals, through whom they are getting the hotel bookings. After much arguments he told us that you cancle your booking with us. I scolded him it's 11 pm in night and you are telling us to cancel the booking, we will stay here because even we don't have any other option. My point here is this is how you guys run your hotel business. I am really very upset with the kind of behaviour manager did with me and my husband. However, after much arguments he got calm and handed over the key to us. After sometime manager, Asif Patel called on my room number and apologized us that sorry it was my mistake,I din't checked properly that your breakfast is included. I told him how can you argue so much with us without checking the proper details of our booking and now you are telling us that our breakfast is included. Then just because it was manager Asif Patel's mistake, he started acting extra sweet and told us we will give you breakfast for sure.||||I would request the hotel management that it's good that you are providing clean rooms, good food and better aminites,but please also work on your customer service and train your staff on how to behave...
Read moreRecently I stayed here at limra hotel considering it is close to my training place at bank of baroda for 24 hours.
An incident that happened with my colleague in that he also booked an executive room after training and working hours we went out for some while at nearby place for dinner.. now at 9 pm we got a call from hotel service that we need to meet them before going back to our room they didn't clear anything why they called us. Without doubting their intentions we came back to hotel just to know that they have shifted all his luggage to another room saying that there was some electricity issue in our room and they didn't even took consent or even informed before touching our things or transferring them to another room which is very much disappointing and very unprofessional from their side. and when we asked to get our room back they told that the room was given to another customer.
I don't know how they could do this and what worst we can expect from them..
It seemed that they just shifted our bags for adjusting to other guests and they just don't care about our privacy or safety at all.
What about the safety of females who also stayed in this hotel even for a single night alone or with other female colleagues. Their rooms can also be opened without their knowledge which is very dangerous for female.
I don't know how to trust them who open our rooms without asking us and they can do anything without caring about their customers'safety.
What happened with me was also not much appreciable. initially we liked the hotel and service also but once we checked in I felt that there was some smell in my room but it could not be recognised due to the smell of perfume which was very heavy. so after returning in the evening after training I got to know that there was a smoking smell which was set all over my room and when we complaint about it they told us that there was no other room available which was very doubtful that the whole...
