Hotel Comfort was an excellent choice for my recent business trip to Surat. The location is extremely convenient — very close to the railway station and bus stand — and they offer secure parking, which was a big plus for me.

What truly stood out during my stay was the staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their constant smiles and greetings created a positive and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. You can clearly see their professionalism, with a well-organized staff structure and attentive supervisors always ensuring things run smoothly.

The room I stayed in was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Room service was prompt and efficient.

Breakfast was another highlight. Included with the stay, it was served in a dedicated cafeteria — not in a corner of the lobby like many hotels. The buffet spread included 6-7 delicious dishes along with tea, coffee, juices, fruits, bread, biscuits, and more. It was refreshing and energizing to start the day with such a variety.

I stayed here for one day on Feb 2023. The rooms were somewhat older, but maintained well. Clean and fresh bed sheets, clean towel, prompt room service, nice food and flexible management.
