Hotel Kohinoor Plaza — Hotel in Gujarat

I booked a room for 2 days through Oyo rooms||Pros: 1. Centrally Located near Juna Vadaj Bus stand||2. Well furnished neat and clean rooms||3. Well mannered and cooperative staff||4. Food quality very good||||Cons:|| 1. I booked the hotel because of Free WiFi connectivity as offered by the Hotel. But during my visiting I did not get WiFi for a single second. When I inquired about this the hotel manager offered me WiFi at front office but that was of no use. So It was a verse experience for me.||2. Rooms are clean but very small||3. Not even a single chair in the room, If guest wants to sit.||4. Hotel claimed Hot Water but no Hot water was available especially during morning . When I asked for hot water a waiter supplied me hot water in a very dirty Paint Bucket. ||5. Not worth for money as Hotel Rates are Higher and facilities...

This is the worst ever hotel I stayed in.Most un professional saff. This hotel & Fabhotels have some dispute & this hotel makes customer to suffer for the same.Bathroom fixtures are broken. No hot water in room. Very congested room.Parking is only for 3 cars & that too on the footpath outside hotel premise, Room had cockroaches. Poorly maintained.Room service made me pay for the food items ,we did not consume. I feel Fabhotels aware about this pathatic hotel, still they sell this hotel.Fabhotels should repay the money I paid. Pl. dont recommend this hotel &...

I had my lunch here in their restaurant...I had manchurian gravy and fried rice I must tell you people that it was definitely sufficient for two girls.....and tasted really nice. Even the total bill was just Rs. 450 Which is really great for a lunch at a restaurant with nice seating area and AC Along with this the regular water which you get here is not salty in fact it's straight out of a RO so you don't need to buy an extra bottle of water when you eat here. The ambience is the only problem here....it's not...
