Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have literally caught them stealing money several times. They never provide the receipt on their own. You have to ask for it several times. They manipulate the items on your receipt and cheat that way. The staff admitted to wrong doing when I caught them and even said we are only paid 8000 rs. for salary so we have to do this. The manager is NEVER present at the location to troubleshoot any problems. I spoke with him using one of the staff's phone and he would not even bother to come there and solve the issue. I have photos of those 2 staff members who were caught wrong doing even. Worst CCDof Ahmedabad.

I am writing this review based on my experience from 2017...

I recently visited this CCD, and it was absolutely terrible. First, they served coffee in paper cups because they only had FOUR glass cups available. How does a café run out of basic glassware? The café itself was in horrible shape—paint chipping off the walls and an overall rundown look that made the place feel neglected.

The coffee was mediocre at best, definitely not what you’d expect from CCD. To make matters worse, the service was awful—the staff seemed clueless and inattentive. I’ve been to several CCD outlets, but this was by far the worst experience. Would not recommend this branch to anyone. Avoid...

It was great experience during lockdown, great place to hangout or meetings. Only thing I would like them to work on is to add is carborated drinks or more options with out tea and coffee so non tea and coffee drinkers can visit on group. The is great, the location is great as well. How about parking for four wheeler, don't have much Idea in that. Two wheeler were just outside available for parking. Doesn't have physically challenged person options to visit. The drinks were great, the order took exactly the time we expect. Didn't experience any disturbance. Rest will...
