Azure — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the worst dining experiences I had in Vadodara! Multiple things need lots of improvement but the Center of it is the Food!

Food was not great at all! The soup portion for 1/2 and full is same. They don’t even serve soup sticks or breads with soup. Nowadays most of the high end restaurants do.

Secondly, I had ordered Greek salad which looked like leftover veggies mixed! They served in a plate and not a bowl. The vegetables were not chopped so it was difficult to chew.

Third, The Lacchha Paratha was under cooked with inner layers of dough tasted like Raw flour!

Fourth, even the brownie was very hard plus the server didn’t know if it was eggless or not!

The bottle was also not clean and had plastic peeled off.. When we asked to ketchup with French fries they gave and entire bottle of Maggie ketchup! Who gives an entire bottle?? Can’t you serve in small bowl?

The entire experience was a shocker considering the standard of hotel it stands for…

Executive chef and chef did come to understand our feedback. I truly hope they improve or else Vadodara has lot of amazing...

Let's start with the menu. It had a pitifully poor selection of vegetarian dishes. The coriander soup was very salty and the minestrone was just tomato soup with some boiled pasta. Paneer satay was decent, nothing to rave about. We were so disappointed, we didn't bother with main course. The tiramisu which we ordered for desert did not live up to the expectations either. That was also so-so.

Overall, it was a disastrous experience.

The final straw was when the person in charge of valet parking handed over the key and pointed to the car, which was parked across the road and said.. "It there. I don't have drivers."

This is supposed to be Vadodara's finest!!! Avoid it. Save your money, there are better options available...
