I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Surya Palace, Vadodara and while the overall experience was pleasant, an unfortunate incident occurred involving my car. The valet parking driver accidentally damaged my vehicle, which was understandably distressing. However, the way the hotel staff, particularly the security manager Mr. Mangesh Jadhav, handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary.

From the moment the incident was reported, Mr. Jadhav took full responsibility and went above and beyond to assist me. He coordinated the entire repair process, ensuring that my car was fixed promptly and to the highest standards. Not only did he manage the logistics, but he also provided continuous updates and support throughout the journey.

Mr. Jadhav's dedication didn't stop there. He arranged for my car to be delivered to my home Ahmedabad from Vadodara once the repairs were completed, alleviating any further inconvenience. His professionalism, empathy, and proactive approach turned a potentially negative experience into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
