Hotel Magic Palace By G L Group — Hotel in Gujarat

Very pathetic hotel.Even i paid in advance,the manager denied my check in..Greedy and also very smelly room, toilet was broken which i shown to manager. At night they switched off water also and incase of natural calls obviously guests will be in big trouble. intentionally they shifted me in a room where AC was leaking and water dropping inside room and no cooling also at summer season. The manager is very rude and not at all professional. I never found a hotel where manager denied check in even after already paid and booked before checkin date. Avoid such hotel like HOTEL MAGIC PLACE . Oyo should not include such hotel as its extremely inconvenient for guests at time of checking with luggages and when you are informed that manager wont give your booked and paid room.

Avoid such hotels and ouo should take action against...

Its very friendly Staff and One of budget hotel but Service is very good peacefully place..Its also cheaper And Rooms clean fully Ac..tv Hot water..Room service good..i feel like Home...Also its Good located area Navarangpura And all prime place near by..I m giving full point As ther service are so good... Unlimited Wifi free also check out time They Adjust as ur time Of leaving..No much demand No Any Hassle..Nice overAll i stay ther whenEver visit to Ahmedabad.....Cool And Feel Familier place to stay ther....Mr. Vikram is Manager ther Nice Nature...

I had booked hotel magic palace through Goibibo, just for sleeping purpose. I reached hotel around 10pm, and found some chemical smell in entire hotel as well as in my room. They informed that they have done paste control. They advised me to keep the door open and sleep! It was very horrible smell difficult to bare with. I spread my perfume in whole room but still the smell was there. Could not sleep whole night.
