I am giving one star because of the taste. The taste of bbk flavour is worst ,it tastes like there is colour added and salty.I ate at 9 October 2020. So there flavour is changed it doesn't taste like old days ice cream.

If you think to have Patel ice cream then it is not worthy because now a days there taste is getting worst day by day ,it does not taste like old taste anymore . If you want to take home they give in cardboard box with nothing in it not even butter paper to protect it from cardboard chemical's so you can taste the cardboard in your ice cream.

Yesterday we bought Mava badam and Roasted Almond 500 gm boxes and both the ice-cream were bad in taste...and rotten.... !! So we decided to go and ask them to taste the ice-cream but to our surprise the staff there was irrelevant, illmannered and rude ... They were not ready to taste their rotten products and neither ready to take it back .... On the contrary they were blunt that do whatever you feel like and do what ever you can do!!!! This is what you serve people ...!!! Bad food!!! Bad behaviour!!! Strict action shoud be taken against such people...
