Hotel Pearl Palace — Hotel in Gujarat

Thank god we stayed only 1 night. We were 3 adults and was given a small room, which we upgraded to svit. When we got the room it was so dirty so we told the receptionist that the room needs thorough cleaning. After mopping, it was smelling terrible, I dont know what old material they used for cleaning. No soap or toilet paper was given. I was told they dont have. I immediately called the manager and was given at once. They is no restaurant but you can order food. Room service is there. There was not a single person who was in uniform, so you don't know if the person is working there or a guest. Will definitely not be staying there again. Hotel is just now going on under renovation. Service is good . Rooms needs more cleanliness and hygeine of place should be increased. I had ordered bread butter in which bread was not fresh. Tea was good . Breakfast came on right time that was good. Value of rooms are okay and rates are good but room services must be done better. Sting smell from room was there which was annoying.
