"If you want to ruin your special day, this is the place to be."
This was by far the most pathetic dining experience I’ve ever had. If I could give a negative rating, it would be –5/5.
The service was absolutely unacceptable The staff member serving us had zero etiquette—she didn’t even know how to serve pizza properly. Using a fork and spoon to serve a Neapolitan pizza was already shocking enough, but then she overlapped two slices on my plate, despite me asking her to stop. It honestly seemed like the management has hired staff with no basic training in service, just roaming around cluelessly. On top of that, the cook and helper were talking so loudly that sitting there itself was uncomfortable. Food Review: Falafel Pita The falafel and hummus were decent. The pita was not fresh. The salad and sriracha tasted spoiled. Mocktail – The Rising Sun It tasted exactly like cough syrup. I couldn’t take more than one sip. Vietnamese Coffee An absolute nightmare for any true coffee lover. It was watery, flavorless, and tasted nothing like coffee. Barrel-Aged Cold Brew with Tonic This was beyond disappointing. I seriously doubt the barista even knows what barrel-aging means or how tonic water should be used. It seemed like old, flat tonic water mixed with poorly brewed coffee. Verdure Pizza (Artichoke | Sundried Tomatoes | Goat Cheese | Basil | Roasted Peppers) Honestly, it felt like the chef had no idea about these ingredients. The toppings were random, the base was completely undercooked, and the whole dish was a disaster. A humble food truck makes far better pizza than this restaurant. The only dish that was remotely acceptable was the Paneer Lababdar with Paratha. Even that wasn’t extraordinary, but compared to everything else, it felt like a relief. Plating: I’ve attached a photo that says it all. The presentation itself reflects the lack of quality and effort. Final Words: Visiting this place was the worst decision, especially when I chose it to celebrate a special day with my loved ones. Instead of creating memories, it completely ruined the experience. Advice to the Owner:
If you truly want this restaurant to succeed, please hand over the management to someone who actually understands hospitality and food. Dining out is not just about eating—it’s about the experience. If you ruin someone’s special day with such poor service and food, you lose more than just one customer—you lose trust, reputation,...
Read moreHad a good experience at Café TT. The food was great we tried Paneer Chilly Schezwan, Mexican Hot Pot, Arrabbiata Pasta, and Tiramisu Cake. The tiramisu was average, and the cheesecake was just okay, but everything else was well-prepared and flavorful.
The overall ambiance was nice, but there was an issue with billing the staff brought the bill for another table four times, which was a bit inconvenient. Lighting could also be improved.
Other than that, everything else was perfect. Would...
