I am a big fan of Keventers because it provides quality & satisfaction and this outlet is one of the smallest but nearest to my house. When I entered to buy the milkshake, I found no crowd over there. I bought couple of shakes and came home. After coming home, I found out that one of the bottles is filled with the foam instead of shake. Half of that bottle was shake and the other half was the foam of the that shake. Till now, I was satisfied customer and loved to flaunt it on every social media platform but now I will think before entering any outlet of...

Great milkshakes, however, horrible customer service. Employee was talking on the phone while taking the order, and also gave me the wrong order. Paid more money for my drinks than the price listed. Do not recommend, there are plenty other locations...
