good location but didn't have a pleasant stay....the terrace gave a nice view of the golf course road and the gurgaon skyline. plus, it was spacious enough to sit and spend time together.okay this could be long! nnfirst of all a lot of wrong information is given on the booking website. i booked a pet friendly, triple occupancy room with complimentary breakfast. nour house was going through renovation so we had to move out my pet for a few days. i booked this place for 3 nights/4 days. nni got there with my two small pets who by the are very calm and well behaved (around 10 pm) and was made to wait at the reception since they said that pets aren't allowed in the property. i told them that i had requested the same on message and cross checked if it was marked as a pet friendly property. after debating and waiting for about 15-20 minutes i was allowed to check in. my pets had become extremely anxious, nervous and restless by then. nnthe next day i asked for the breakfast and they sent a plate of poha and a cup of coffee to my room. they had no other option for breakfast apart from tea/coffee and poha. both of which were inedible. the next morning i called up the reception to ask for breakfast around 10 am and was told that you need to order as the complimentary breakfast has finished. nnnow on the last two days, my mom was supposed to stay with me. she came around 12 noon was told that she can't check in. my friend who had come to visit me the previous day for sometime to deliver some home cooked food was added as the second guest and not the visitor. and now they said they couldn't add my mother's name... i requested them to let her stay for a few hours. we waited for a few hours to have lunch and decided to check out around 5 and book another place nearby. they didn't refund my last day's booking amount and didn't even let my...

I will recommend anyone looking for a PG or any serviced rental, not to stay here. The staff is very rude, the service is worst. There are mice in their kitchen, even for cleaning you have to request them again again. I stayed for 7 months here as a PG tenant, while leaving i was late by 30 min in checking-out, they demanded extra payment for that day and started shouting. The reason for being late was they didn't have electricity (the power backup was also not working) all night and we were troubled. Even after that they had the courtesy to ask me to pay their charges for the day. We were not even eating their food even after paying for it. They don't even give you any receipt or bill and if you ask for it they will say did you paid us the GST ? I paid you whatever you asked for inclusive all taxes. Till day I am chasing them for the rent receipts. There are a lot of places in that area at similar prices and much much better services and staff. It's a terrible place to stay (I will not call it a hotel). I had to change 3 rooms in 5 days - 1st one's lock didn't work, 2nd one had a broken toilet seat. They don't have towels and even after begging for 2 days, they gave me a small face towel. For any service, the minimum time required is 1 hour. The food is horrible, fully dipped in oil and you will not realize the taste at all. Worst part - they organize some party every night (may be by owners) which runs till 1-2am with loud music which can be heard from miles. I didn't had a quite sleep for even a single night. Only benefit is that it is close to metro station but the approach from station to hotel is so dark and secluded that despite being male, I was afraid to walk alone.
