FabHotel Comfort Residency I — Hotel in Gurugram District

This FabHotel is a fraud, it operates as PG, oyo townhouse and what not.

Additionally there are many rules related to check in, they take charges for early check in and this will not be told to you by Fabhotel booking agents at the time of booking even though you ask them specifically, they will tell you after 10 a.m its complimentary but upon arrival at the reception you would be asked to pay 300 rupees extra irrespective of what talk you had with the booking agent of their own FabHotel's firm.

There are rules of not allowing zomato and swiggy delivery of food and eating outside food in your own room, this also won't be told at the time of booking and neither you could find this written anywhere in their policy !

Pathetic experience, had to cancel my booking, wasted my time, very unprofessional behavior at reception desk.

Save yourself from trouble and do not book at...

Very bad experience... Unprofessional behaviour from the hotel staff with overall very bad stay.

Very bad attitude by the receptionist who was there misguided if you are looking for corporate stay ...very very bad experience..kindly make your confirmation prior two three days before checkin date otherwise u can seriously face troubles

More Date of stay: 13 to 15 days Trip type: Travelled with colleague ( Corporate stay ) I suggest you to look for others nearby otherwise after the stay you also realise the same.

Please refund.. Horrible hotel… all lamps and toilet pipes were broken…. Nothing was working… no towels, mugs or toothpaste - everything has to be requested… power went off and did not come up even when the DG was turned on… someone had to manually turn it on twice at night after I raised a complaint...
