FabHotel Prime The Rivlet MG Road — Hotel in Gurugram District

Stayed there for 13 days. (First, please note : it's not a 3 * hotel). Average rooms. Renovation was going on when I visited. U get RO water from the corridor. I had an A/c issue, the staff came and worked on it for 40-45 mins in the night & made it working. Very very limited breakfast options. Do not depend on the menu in the room, unfortunately they have very few options in food. Good and friendly staff. The stay was okay, but definitely not a 3 star. Guys, please don't book this hotel just based on the images on Google or those shared by the representative. There are many issues at this hotel, such as:

The AC remote doesn't work. The bathroom is dirty and smelly. The service staff is unresponsive, even after repeated requests. The window view is terrible (just a dirty cement floor below the window). The food quality is the worst. The bedsheets were dirty and weren't changed even after complaining.
