OYO Flagship 525 MG Road Metro Station — Hotel in Gurugram District

Horrible service, useless staff. Staff at this place cannot handle multiple customers at once. Lack of personal skills and lack of hotel knowledge was shocking. Staff is not aware of the number of rooms on each floor.

Rooms do not have hot water, infact some rooms had no water at all. When asked about it, they had the audacity to say “get a tanker”. Booked 28 rooms for a wedding and clearly this place cannot handle pressure at all. Lack of professionalism just adds to customer frustration. Hotel is equipped with wifi which is no good as in doesnt get covered in the rooms.

Paraj (The senior manager there) needs some serious training in hotel management. In simple words he is worse than the his other staff. A person with just a money orientation motive should realise that money is notiing if your customer is not satisfied. He talks about delivering 5 star service but cannot meet the standards of a motel.

Never coming to this place ever again. Should have realized that spending a few hundred bucks more would have actually fetched us way better customer service. Lovely staff, and I'm really happy with my stay here. It was very comfortable. The hotel is a regular hotel, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes it a very elegant place to stay at. I'd highly recommend staying here! As a noteworthy observation, the food here is also totally worth it.
