Ghar Co-Living — Hotel in Gurugram District

Many reviews here are old. Here's the real picture. Pros and cons.

Cons:

1. They only take rent in cash and there is a 3 month lock in period.
2. They don't revise or change the food menu at all, tenants have no say in it.
3. There is only 1 washing machine for the entire PG. They don't add even after requesting.
4. There is no system in place where the tenants can voice their concerns or suggestions properly. They are mostly ignored.

Pros:

1. Located in a good society
2. Rooms are decent 3)...

I am really grateful for the experience GHAR CO LIVING provided me. Its a happy and peaceful place to live. It was my very first experience in any pg or coliving. It was amazing. From Owner, Property Manager, housekeeping, chef all have been very helpful and kind, they talk so politely feels like 5 star hotel service. The food and quality is amazing as well. Il surely recommend others your place.

Pros : 1.) Clean and spacious rooms 2.) Best food 3.) Parking space available 4.) Caretaker is super friendly 5.) Its super safe, as there are guards outside the society 6.) Close to market, hospital, gyms

Cons : 1.) No non-veg

Hoping to stay here again if I ever come to gurgaon. (Depends on room...
