As a loyal Radisson member, I expected a warm welcome and basic hospitality—what I received instead was a rude, dismissive attitude from the front desk executive, Yash. He showed zero courtesy, told us to “go and sit in the waiting area” without so much as an apology for the wait. He then misled us by offering breakfast while the room was being prepared, only to later charge us for two cups of tea. The breakfast was complimentary—we didn’t ask for it, he offered—yet still found a way to bill us. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s dishonest.
We also highlighted a serious mosquito issue in the lobby and breakfast areas, which was ignored despite the fact that we had a small baby with us. Yash showed no interest in solving the problem or even acknowledging it.
Now coming to the room—yes, it was spacious, clean, and upgraded in appearance. But the comfort was shockingly overlooked. For a couple, we were given two twin beds pushed together with two single quilts instead of a proper king-size blanket. It’s been years since I’ve had to sleep like that with my wife—awkward and uncomfortable. For a reputed hotel, this is a basic expectation, and its absence was honestly baffling.
The only saving grace of our stay was the lady manager (possibly named Rajni), who was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to arrange thoughtful touches like room decorations and a cake. Her intervention was the only reason we felt even slightly valued as guests.
The breakfast spread was limited, but Chef Tanu stood out for his warm, proactive service—truly one of the few highlights of our stay.
This property has potential, but it is seriously let down by poor front desk behavior, lack of comfort planning, and a failure to meet even basic guest expectations. Radisson needs to reassess the training and attention given to guest experience if they want to maintain their name.

Check-in was smooth and quick, even though I arrived late at night. The staff was efficient and welcoming, ensuring a hassle-free start to my stay.

The room was well-maintained with a fully functioning AC that kept the room comfortable despite the July heat. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, with a good supply of hot water and a reliable shower flush.
The in-room dining menu offered great choices, catering to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast platter, which was diverse and delicious. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout my stay.
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. For the first two days, there were no bathroom slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, on the third day, the coffee supplies were not fully replenished. These were small issues in an otherwise pleasant stay.
Good gym with a tv that played YouTube to help me worknout. Had adequate water bottles and weights. The bar and treadmill worked well for me. The pool though I couldn't use, was under renovation.
