Amazing South Indian Buffet Breakfast: I recently visited this place for a South Indian buffet breakfast and found it absolutely amazing. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, catering to both traditional tastes and those looking for something unique. Ambiance: The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a touch of South Indian decor that added to the overall experience. The seating was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Food: The highlight, of course, was the food. The buffet featured a wide range of South Indian delicacies. The crispy dosas were a standout, perfectly complemented by a variety of chutneys and sambar. The idlis were soft and fluffy, and the vadas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Read moreI placed an order on Zomato for 4 pieces of Sambhar Vada and simply called the restaurant to request the vadas be pre-dipped in sambhar—a basic request that any decent restaurant would try to accommodate.
What I got in return was not just refusal, but a ridiculous and disrespectful explanation from the person who answered the call, who claimed to be the manager named “Rakha.” He told me “If we dip it, then it’s called Medu Vada and we can only give 2 pieces” — which makes absolutely no sense when I’ve paid for 4.
To make things worse, he accused me of potentially asking for a refund later—as if customers calling to request a small customization are frauds by default. This kind of assumption, especially early in the morning, is not just unprofessional—it’s insulting. I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and extremely disappointed.
If the owner is reading this, please understand: your manager Rakha is driving away your customers with his arrogance, twisted logic, and disgusting attitude. If this is how your staff handles basic requests, I’m not surprised your reviews will start to tank. You need to take serious action before this becomes your restaurant’s reputation.
Definitely not ordering again unless I hear this has been addressed.

Read morel'm thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem of a South Indian restaurant! It's rare to find a place that offers a fully vegetarian menu, and this restaurant truly delivers. The food is absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic South Indian flavors. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. One minor drawback is that their cooler beverages are made with syrup, which they do inform customers about beforehand. While it's not a deal-breaker, it would be great to have more natural options. Another slight negative is that the quantity of food in their thalli option is a bit small, and refills aren't available. However, the quality of the food more than makes up for this.
Overall, highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, delicious South Indian vegetarian cuisine. Just be aware of the syrup-based beverages and the thalli quantity limitations. Pros: Delicious food, exceptional service, fully vegetarian menu Cons: Syrup-based beverages, small quantity in thalli option, no refills available
