We recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment - Ladera (March 6th, 2024) for an team event with a gathering of 60+ pax, and I wanted to express our utmost satisfaction with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the ambiance; it was warm, inviting, and exuded a sense of elegance that set the perfect tone for the evening. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Surender and his team. Surender's attentiveness and professionalism was truly commendable. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. His warm demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality truly elevated our evening. Furthermore, the entire team worked seamlessly together to create a dining atmosphere that was both welcoming and efficient. No words to describe how BAD this place is. We made a reservation 6 days before valentine's day. I called them 4 hours before going there and still I had to wait 1 hour to get the table. The staff and the manager, Parvinder, were all clueless as to what's happening during the entire evening. There were only 2 waiters so can't really blame them. The manager was running around but couldn't get anything in order.

Finally we got a table, which we had to literally grab cz there were 6 other couples waiting to get a seat. When I asked the waiter to clear the table, he took 15 minutes just to that and then another 15 minutes to get me the menu card. Since nobody was coming to take the order we had to leave from here. All in all I wasted 1.5 hours just looking at the manager and the waiters. Worst experience and a perfect example of how a restaurant shouldn't be run. If you’re looking for a nice place to go and sit quietly (especially in the winter) this is a great place to go. You’ll get comfort and peace with dim lights and a nice ambience.

The food is fab! That’s it. There isn’t a further need to say more. Try it for yourself and you’ll know what I mean. It’s fresh and delicious, you’ll enjoy every bite.

They also have a decent selection of alcohol and cocktails and mocktails, too. Perfect place to go with your loved one(s).

The service can be a little slow perhaps but they’re a helpful bunch. On the downside though, you’ll have to gulp your drinks down quickly if you’re going in the summer. Else you’re safe.
