The building isn't maintained properly, this isn't a service apartment coz not sure what services they mean by serviced apartment. So most apartments are rented out to people by a scamming "company" called SHAIKH HOMES, and I had the misfortune of living in one of their apartments with two other guys from out of town. They take 2 months worth of rent as deposit, promise you the rent covers maintenance for the building but you'll have to pay for your electricity bill. Despite paying the electricity bill in full and on time directly to the service provider, the building caretaker would cut the electricity to the apartment getting mad at you for not paying maintenance , coz the guys you rented from (SHAIKH HOMES) just laundered money and did not pay maintenance to the building committee/society, leading for us to suffer in heat running around trying to make sense of what happened. None of the SHAIKH HOMES people or their associates will ever answer your call for any issue from the day you sign the "bogus" contract and move in. Every thing that was faulty, small.fixtures that need to be made, all had to be done from out of your own pocket. The only contact from them you'll get is an automated message when it's time to pay your rent, with a link to pay amount (which by the way, will surprisingly be higher than the actual agreed upon price). People that run this scam that I had to deal with were a Feroz/Firoz, Hafeez, Manoj, and someone who only went by Mr. Shaikh or Shaikh bhai (assumed to be the ring leader of the whole scam) who we had never really met. Despite leaving the apartment in April 2024 (with a full one month advance notice) still waiting on the 2 month deposit that needs to be returned. So I'd just be a little careful before getting in bed with "SHAIKH HOMES" and any building or place that they have procured from actual owners to rent out as middle men or whatever. Hope the...
Read moreThis building has no association and no mechanism to function for residents. In some flats, there is a PG, in some there are offices, hotels and in some flats there are serviced apartments in which unfortunate folks like us stayed. This building troubled us to the core where we had to pay maintenance for the tenants that resided before us, pay increased maintenance every month (for no facilities, no amenities). If some flat didn't comply to this, the building association had only solution - CUT ELECTRICITY. We got the apartment through a fraud company called "Shaik Homes", who take deposit willingly and never bother to return your calls or deposit post move in. The few months that we stayed here were very traumatic and a very bad decision financially. This is a scam going on by Shaik Homes to gobble up deposits from new members and force them to move out after a few months (by cutting electricity) to secure more deposits. Most serviced apartments are owned by one owner only, who uses force and threats to extort more money. These home owners are also involved in this scam of usurping deposits.
If you care about your mental peace and financial well being, stay kilometres away from Gayathri Heights! Sharing my ordeal so that other folks do not suffer....
Read moreMy experience was very bad in the gayathri heights pg. The rooms are not well maintained specially 4 sharing room the washroom spray are broken door handles are broken and it’s in very bad condition. Owner will increase the rent after some time without prior notice. If you’re someone who is looking to shift on this pg and specifically in 4 sharing trust me don’t go for it you will regret later on because of the facilities and the conjusted room 4 people in one room will be very conjusted and if any bed is not opted still don’t go for it because later it will going to be occupied so the situation will be same. I suggest for 2 and 3 sharing are good and rent remains constant always. I also shifted from 4 sharing to...
