These guys need to learn a lot more about getting their basics correct first. The ambiance was so good and the food was so very contrasting to it ! The sodas arrived without fizz, and chilly cheese toast was noway a toast, there was heavy blanket of -god knows what kind - cheese drooping over slices of soggy bread - Not to mention how thick and under roasted the crust was. Couldn’t gather the strength to order any other bread based dish- ordered a pasta which was decent, the vegetables were fresh but again they were too very liberal with cheese and everything else in the recipe lost its Identity. For the kind of location they are set up in and the kind of ambiance they have, they better make good food. It’s almost disrespectful they think they can sell such a cheese toast for 400/-. Visited rCaisse with a friend its quite difficult to find such an amazing open and beautiful place in hyderabad. Its a great place to hangout with friends and loved ones and quiet romantic for the couples too. The food here is mediocre few items are awesome and few depends on the palate of the person who eats it. The best thing is they bake their own breads and biscuits which were soo yummy and mouth watering. The Mexican menu is not upto the mark but rest is fine. They dont serve fresh meat the meat, chicken is usually freezed and can feel it while eating. No seafood options available. The seating arrangements are good and gives you the vibe of a sheesha lounge. Coming to coffee its just mediocre not good not bad. I have visited this place for dinner

Ordered onion rings and peri peri chicken wings for starters

Both of them are disasters

Where the wings are not completely cooked and very raw. Upon showing this to the waiter he has taken the plate into the kitchen and came back after 10 mins with the same food which is recooked and they only served half the portion.

Then we have ordered chicken grill burger, tasted good. Served alongside fries

For the main coarse chicken dum biryani, the food served by this place is not at all related to the names they have mentioned in menu. That thing what they call biryani is tawa fried rice.

I don't suggest this place to anyone since the service is very unprofessional and there is literally only one guy...
