Sree Seetharamanjaneya Swami Devasthanam — Attraction in Hyderabad

This is a large temple complex of Shiva Parivaram and Rama Parivaram in more than six acres of land, built in the traditional style with all granite stone work. Several steps leads to Main Shivalayam which is surrounded by upalayams of Vinayaka, Aadi Shankara, Subrahmanya and Goddess Kamakshi. There is navagraha mantapam as well. In front of the Shivalayam after you alight several stairs you shall find a peepal tree with naga devatas installed at the base of the tree it. You will find administrative office under the temple in the cellar. Adjacent to the Shivalayam , a very beautiful Ramalayam is there in a separate temple complex that is reached after climbing few steps with Sri Sita, Rama Lakshmana in the very same form as seen in Bhadrachalam. This main aalayam is surrounded by upalayams of Sudarshan Alwar, and Aandal. On the side to this complex alighting few steps leads to a huge Kalyanamandapm. Behind this Kalyanamandapm a new Goshala is being built. There is a washroom facility behind this Goshala. Constructed in a large open premises it is supercharged with spiritual vibration.Sitarama Kalyanam performed on Srirama navami is a spectacle to watch, you will be reminded of Bhadrachalam. It is a must visit for all spiritual minded. Nice place to contemplate and meditate. Large spacious complex has ample space for four and two wheeler parking. భక్తవత్సలుడైన శ్రీరామచంద్రుడు భక్తాగ్రేసరుడైన భద్రుని కరుణించి చతుర్భుజములతో వామహస్తమున చక్రము, దక్షిణహస్తమున శంఖము మరియొక వామహస్తమున ధనస్సు, దక్షిణహస్తమున బాణం, వామాంకమున సీతాదేవి సుఖాసీనురాలైయుండగా లక్ష్మణస్వామి వామ భాగమున చక్కగా నిలుచుని సన్నిధిచేసి దర్శనమిచ్చిన మహాక్షేత్రమే మన భద్రప్రదాయిని భద్రాచలము.

అచటకు వెళ్ళి దర్శనము చేసుకోనలేని భక్తులకు, భాగ్యసగర వాసులకు సమీపములో వుండి స్వామిని దర్శించి తరించు భాగ్యము కలగాలనే ఆక్షాంక్షతో జగద్గురువులు, శతవర్శశేఖరులు, పరమాచార్యలు శ్రీ కంచి కామకిోటి పీఠాధిపతులు శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ చంద్రశేఖరేంద్ర సరస్వతి స్వామి వారు, అపర భద్రాద్రి ఆలయము వలె చతుర్భుజ శ్రీ సీతారామచంద్రస్వామిని ప్రతిష్టించుటకు ఆదేశ మిచ్చి ఆశీర్వదించిరి, వారి ఆదేశానుసారము శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమము తేదీ, 8-4-1982 సమయము ఉ॥గం॥ 8.32 ని॥లకు జరుపబడినది. జగద్గురువులు కంచి కామకోటీ పీఠాధీశ్వరులు శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ జయేంద్ర సరస్వతి స్వామి వారు, శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ శంకర విజయంద్ర సరస్వతి స్వామి వార్ల శ్రీహస్తములతో తేది, 22-4-1996న శ్రీ సీతారామాంజనేయ స్వామిగా కొండాపురం గ్రామంలో ప్రతిష్టింపబడి 'అపర భద్రాద్రి' గా ప్రసిద్ధమై, భాగ్యనగరావాసుల భాగ్యప్రద భద్రాద్రిగా, శ్రీ పాంచరాత్రాగమోక్త నిత్యోత్సవాదులతో తేజరిల్లుతోంది. ఈ దేవాలయ ఆవరణలో లోకరక్షణార్ధమై, సర్వప్రాణి శ్రేయస్సు కొరకు భక్తులు సేవించు సౌకర్యానుకూలనముగ తేది.17-04-2005, శ్రీ సుదర్శన నరసింహస్వామి మరియు శ్రీ గోదాదేవి (ఆండాల్) నారి సన్నిధులు ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడినవి.

Lord Sree Rama blessed one of his ardent devotees, "Bhadra", and gave him Darshan with Seetha sitting on his lap and himself appearing with four hands, holding the disc in his left hand and conch in the right hand, the bow in another left hand and the arrow in the other right hand, with brother Lakshmana standing to his left. The place is none other than the famous holy town "Bhadradri" in Khammam Dist. in Telangana, better known as "Bhadrachalam".

To be in easy reach of those devotees, unable to travel there, and for devotees of twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad, to have darshan and receive the blessings of Lord Bhadrachala Seetharama, the Jagadguru of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Paramacharya Sri Sri Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swami has ordained and blessed the construction of the temple, at Kondapur, as "Sree Seetharamanjaneya Swami", close to the Hi-Tech City and Shilparamam.

The foundation stone for the temple was laid on April 8th, 1982 and the consecration was done on April, 22nd 1996, by His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Jayendra Saraswati Swami, and His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswati Swami, Peethadhipatis of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, and is under their benedictional management. With their blessings, In the temple premises, Upa Alayas of Sri Sudershana Narasimha and Sree Goda Devi (Andal) have been consecrated on April 17th 2005 for the benefit of worship by the devotees.
