Hitech Shilparamam Guest House — Hotel in Hyderabad

Purpose of stay - Leisure+Work - it was a mixed purpose trip

Location is great. For people coming and going to RGIA Hyd airport - From airport take AC bus (Pushpak) route AJ and get down at Shilparamam and this property is walkable. While going to airport same bus stop can be used to take bus to airport.

Rooms - good, clean, well maintained and airy. I was lucky to get an upgrade to "balcony room" thanks to Rohin, as my booking was for a "deluxe toom". Do balcony room if stay is going to be more than a week but even the deluxe rooms are good if stay is less than 5 days. Property is surrounded by residential complex so it does feel like home away from home.

Team - Rohin, Mohan, Ram and others are very helpful

Food - Limited but freshly made breakfast, lunch and dinner option is available. Though the menu is fixed but taste is good and reasonably priced as compared to any local tiffin center.

Overall - As I said before, this is a home away from home. I do look forward to visit again, especially for long stay :)

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I was charged extra for a late check out without being informed in advance that this charge would be levied. I was also not informed during check-in that check out time was 10 am. I, therefore, ended up accidentally overstaying and then was charged for it. In my case it was worse because I was meant to receive change back from the hotel. However, while checking out I was rudely informed that I would not get it back.
