This is the recent jrney which my parents came in checked in and as they were senior citizens,these PPL don't served them at all..there original aadhar card they kept it which ideally should be given back once user check in which shows how.much safety they keep.they also give amount to auto drivers so as to bring new PPL to their cage.and as online we did booking for other hotel on which my parents did not see WhatsApp,they did not waited at all, still they should ideally give half the amount or some amount being following generosity and hospitality which is a key to hotel management business line.I would never prefer or recommend such PPL who is more interested in thier only BUSINESS AND NOT CARING FOR FIRST TIME OUTSIDE VISITORS.!!This amount ..keep in your pockets and let this 'taken for granted money' sink like anything double the orogmfit that u make..I curse...

I was travelling in Vandebharath which was landing @11pm so choosing this hotel was the right decision as it was close to Kacheguda railway station. For 1 person they charged ₹2400 per night. The hotel was not good & it didn’t even meet the hygiene & service of a ₹500 hotel. I didn’t want to go & search other hotel in the midnight so I just took it. Read moreI was the stay date 03 /05/2024.This hotel room quality is poor and toilets is very dirty and office staff is also bad. Toilet bathroom is not clean, water tap dripping water always in bathroom. Then this hotel dinner and launch is very expensive. For example 1 ltr. Water bottle price is 35 Rs. And one cup simple Tea price is 40 Rs.Then happened one thing I paid advance 200 rs. For water and tea, but boy say you paid only 150 rs. He denied return my money G.R registere book maintaining is mandatory to all lounging and boarding hotels.i say but hotel manger denied me. My got very bad experience...
