Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the taste of the food in relation to its price. I found the overall flavor and quality to be below my expectations, especially considering the cost. As a customer, I believe it is essential for the taste of the dishes to match the price point in order to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
Moreover, I regret to say that the restaurant, in my opinion, is more suitable for take-away rather than for dining in. The ambiance and overall atmosphere did not align with the standards I would expect for an enjoyable dine-in experience. It may be beneficial to evaluate the restaurant's layout, decor, and overall dining environment to create a more appealing and comfortable setting for your customers.
While I understand that Paradise has gained a reputation for its biryani, I personally did not find it to live up to its purported fame. The quality of the biryani and its taste did not meet my expectations, and I found the price to be quite steep considering the overall experience.

Read moreConsidered as the Biryani King of Hyderabad Paradise is famed and has a number of branches- dine in and take aways across the city.I went in to take a takeaway at Masab Tank road ,take away branch.Though ,I wanted to opt for a range of starters, the counter person suggested for a family pack option which I agreed to. The biryani in quantity was sizeable and in tune with their claim of servings.But the quality of Biryani for me and my family was not satisfactory given that we have had exposure to even much better quality of biryani back at our place. Frankly, was very disappointed coz this wasn't what we expected of the legendary Hyderabadi biryani. In fact, in the melee of commercialisation ,the actual kache ghost ki biryani is somewhere lost among the regular commercial restaurants in the city.Perhaps it is left to the local bawarchi's who seemed to have preserved the unique taste of hyderabadi biryani with its distinctive tingy flavor which makes it a shade different from its awadhi counter part. In an era of globalization, it's best if Restaurant like Parsdise re-invent themselves, their cuisine so as to remain relevant in the business. BY THE WAY, the quality of biryani was anyways better than the regular biryani on offer at other restaurants in Hyderabad. It's just that we are exposed even better quality of food. Read moreThe worst experience in recent times. The billing guy kept insisting on some combo offer and the biryani in that combo was worst. Luckily I took one extra biryani which tasted good.
I think they try and push the stock which was not getting sold.
The drainage was cleaned next to the takeaway and they should at least cover with some mud available on the road side. It was smelling awful.
I am editing the review after getting reply from Paradise. Reduced one star each for service and ambiance.
I forgot to mention the rude behavior of the guy who is dispatching the order. Treated me like a roadside beggar when i asked for bag. Actually I ordered plum cake along with my order which was not billed initially. The billing guy said sorry and gave a separate bill. By the time i got the new bill for plum cake my original order was stuffed in a cover and there was no place to have the plum cake in it. So i asked for an extra cover for the plum cake. I got a rude answer from the guy saying "Do you know how much is one cover?"
I was shocked, what if i went after 1 hour and purchased only plum cake? He would have give the cover along with plum cake. In this case he is expecting me to use the same cover already stuffed with my previous order and hardly has place to put the plum cake inside. If he had asked for extra money for the cover i would have paid it.
