Clifton Hotel — Hotel in Hyderabad

Online reviews actually doesn't matter to these type of hotels as they get there customers from walkin travelers enquiring about the rooms. One of the pathetic place you will find to stay, and worse management to manage. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, we had 2 rooms, and for these 3 days there was no hot water, no room cleaning, no bedsheets changed nor the rooms had dustbin, we were asked to throw the tash in the corner. The balconies, other infrastructure of the rooms were untidy and dirty. The staff from Manipur was helpful but helpless in front of the management. The charges were around 1750 per room, but actually the rooms are not even worth of 1000. Don't go by the positive reviews, as they are put there by the staff themselves, for example, you will find one review by Biren, who is the supervisor there and like wise all the positive reviews are by the staff or persons known to them. One of the receptionist, who was the incharge for couple of night was not only rude but shamelessly arrogant as well.
