Not for international guests..
This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel in over 2 years in Hyderabad. This stay was by far my worse stay in Hyderabad and I've stayed in some other bad Marriot hotels in the area..
My stay was for 18days, I decided to try them again after not staying here for a long time, due to my prior experiences, but I was a fool to trust them again, I was under the impression that Marriot would care about clients, when I submitted my feedback to the hotel on my first stay, I assumed they would look into it, unfortunately things got worse, not better.
Some lowlights from my stay.... concierge forgot to pick me up from my daily office run, this also happend on my first stay, which shows a complete lack of guest care and service, how do you forget someone that pays you daily for a service. Shocked...
As you can see in the pictures below, for the mistake of not picking me up I recieved a Card and some cake, by the look of it, I recieved 3 sorry cards in 1 week, the word Sorry means nothing to me at this hotel, sorry to them is a custom saying, nothing will change.
The video shows me trying to call the reception for a food order, again another service I would like to pay for and nobody picks up the phone, that call was for 10min, I got in the shower and came out and it was still ringing, the way I got them to respond was sending a message on the marriot app, after that someone picked up. Shocked.
The unfortunate thing is, there are so many guys with a tie and a suit, probably one that will comment on this review, they do absolutely nothing for guest interaction, the most I see them do everyday is have the phone out and give orders to staff. The managers at this hotel should be let go, get some international interference in Marriot, because at this stage, this is not a sheraton with international guest standards, managers are just there to look good in a suit and have that status, no substance.
I stay in Hyderabad 6 times a year, I have tried other hotels and I want to leave some advice for the international travelers, stay away from marriot in Hyderabad, the best service and standards, for the same price as this hotel is in Banjara Hills, the hotel that will be up to 5 star standards is the Hyatt place. Use Hyatt in Hyderabad.

Read more● HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ●
I am a Cabin crew. I had a layover in Hyderabad. So, the company has made a reservation at Sheraton. I checked in at the hotel on 14/03/24 with my fellow crew members. Around 5:00 Pm , my colleague and I kept our laundry bags outside the room . At 11:00 Pm, the staff has returned her laundry bag.I asked him about mine, He said we just got one laundry bag, you took your laundry bag back. Like seriously, Why will I keep my clothes in laundry bag and fill the laundry slip with all the details if I want to take it back? He said He will once again check and get back. After sometime he came back and said it's under process so in the morning you call and ask them to deliver it to you . I had to leave for my duty at 7:10 in the morning. I called them at 5:30 Am to deliver my laundry bag . I had given 5 clothes, one of which was my Uniform . I called them multiple times and everytime they said ' we are checking' . At 7:00 Am , the same staff who came to deliver one of the laundry bags at night came to the room and said we got one laundy bag which we had deliver yesterday night . You didn’t give us the laundry. They should have told me before only if they have misplaced my laundry bag rather than blaming me for not giving it to them. They were not ready to accept their mistake and did not had the guts to tell the truth. I asked them to show me CCTV footage. We'll get to know who's lying. I knew that I'm not going to get my laundry bag. I had an extra pair of Uniform in my bag so I asked them to iron it which also they refused. I was already late for my duty by then. I had no choice but to wear that spare uniform since I had to report for my duty . While checking out of the hotel , i was told not to worry they have sent their staff to check and if they find it ,they will courier it to my house. After that we all left the hotel. After around 15 mins, I got a call from the hotel saying they have found my laundry bag ( obviously they would find it as i had given it to them ). They said they will send it through speed post. After a week, I texted them however I did not get a reply also my call was not picked up. Its been 15 days, I still haven't got my laundry.

Read moreI stayed in Sheraton Hyderabad for over a month (March 2022) and I had a brilliant experience. The services, staff and all the facilities were awesome. Everyone working there gives their best and makes sure that the customers get the best experience as well.
During my stay, I had interactions with many folks including chef Abhay who used to cook very tasty meals and sweets every day, staff manager Megha who managed my stay very smoothly and made sure I am getting the best experience, services folks- Sudheer, Rupali who were very attentive, very friendly and always available for support/help and many other folks (like the coffee/juice vendors, tea makers, staff managers, many service guys, parathas chef's, cleaning guys, gym/spa guys) all of whom has given me a lovely experience. It felt like a family during my stay :) Even on my last day, chef cooked the special "bon voyage" cake which is beyond words for me to express. I so appreciate this gesture and the feelings that everyone expressed on my last day. It was very beautiful to see this bond.
I never faced any issues, apartments were highly maintained every day, I always had things delivered on time and they had a value for money. The amenities and services at Sheraton are also best- live@sheraton, zega, gym, pool, spa, feast restaurant etc. The feast restaurant and live@sheraton food and drink services are awesome, they have varieties of thing available and no one can be disappointed ever. Even chef's make sure they deliver what customer asks for. If I had the option to give a rating beyond 10, I would have happily done so :) They are best in every services!
