This is one of the worst pg they are maintaining in such a way that no issue will be resolved. Here ironic is that even management themselves have confirmed their higher management is not supportive in resolving any kind of issues.
I have stayed in this pg for more than a year only because of it's near by my office. There are a lot of common issues which you will be encountering.
1.Wifi will not be working properly 2.Drinking water will not be available regularly. 3.Drinking water cans will not be cleaned properly on regular basis. 4.Rooms will not be cleaned properly especially under the beds due to which mosquitos are hosting under the bed. Even during the allotted food timings food will not be available and in some instances seen stones in the food. 5.Here we have to pay electricity bill on our own and on an average monthly 2500 have to pay as electricity bill which includes common charges ( Lift, outdoor lighting, fridge,micro oven, and there is a hotel in the 1st and 2nd floor for the same they are splitting the electricity charges as common charges.)
Here on an average 50 to 85 rupees of common charges have to pay as electricity charges on a daily basis.
The above issues are being faced by most of them even after intimating several times no further resolution is provided.
I specifically suggest for anyone not to choose these PG it's waste of time and money.
Here the managing person is Manohar in iris nest pg, who looks illiterate and doesn't know how to speak with customers.
At the end even after intimating two week before regarding vacating of the pg. Here they are not returning my advance amount which has been paid.
I hope this message receives the concern management and my advance will be returned, if not I will be proceeding legally where my brother himself is an high court advocate.
I will make sure this PG (Iris Nest) receives zero rating on each and every social media platform where ever it exists.

Read moreIt's a co-living/guesthouse/PG. The building is well maintained but not the rooms. The room we stayed in is literally a dusty heaven. Cupboards, drawers, walls what not, everything is filled with dust. This stay can be avoided unless until you don't have a choice. The cleaning staff is so lazy and they simply lied to me that they cleaned the room and changed the bedding but found hair on bed and pillows along with a leftover wet towel used by the previous guests who stayed in the room. The wet towel was left on the bed and they didn't even bother to remove it and provide a new set till I asked them. I stayed for 4 days and they provided a small soap and a tiny shampoo bottle on the first day and that's it, there was no toiletry provided thereafter. Not sure how two people can use one small soap for 4 days. There is no hand wash either. The worst part is the mattress on the bed as all the springs inside were broken and we could clearly feel the compression everytime there is a movement. The geyser didn't work on the first day and we had to use cold water for shower. The TV is useless as you don't get to see any useful channels at all. Since it is a PG, they provide the breakfast for guests that is cooked for it's in-house people and the breakfast was good. Even big hotels provide one litre water bottle but these people give only 500ML per day per person. They charge 1350 INR per person per day and the services we get are not even worth half the price.
