CAPITAL O 13671 Qualia — Hotel in Hyderabad

Absolutely nightmare. Terrible experience staying at CAPITAL O 13671 Qualia. I Discovered this place for my employee on makemytrip and the tariff showed 754/- but upon arrival the the receptionist Mentioned the tariff is 1,000/- per day , I showed him the makemytrip app showing the tariff 754/-. discovering his blunder the reception boy promptly dials his owner number Kamal reddy. He speaks to me over the phone and requests me not to book the room on makemytrip but rather gives me a offer stating I will give u good room at 800/- per day and I agreed. Who wouldn’t want a good room after a long travel. My worst nightmare came true on 3 rd day at 11:30 pm, my employee was not allowed to enter his room and they refused to allow him in stating the room tariff is changed first day it was 800/- second day 1,000/- and third day 1,200/-! The owner Kamal is a cheat. I had no choice at that hour of the night as my employee was tired and wanted to call it in for the night after a long day at work. Kamal forced me to pay extra for 2nd and 3rd day immediately or else he wouldn’t allow my employee to enter his room and will ask him to vacate in the middle of the night. Extremely non courteous facility. Staff is insensitive to any hospitality ethics. They don't even offer a help you are carrying any luggage's to your room or even while checking out.

The owners too are unaware of any standard of hospitality despite being in this business. They don't accept credit or debit cards and insist that they will charge the card merchant fees, which is quite unethical and they insist that we pay by cash.

If you are one who would want a morning cup of coffee or tea, then one has no option but to wait till 8 am as their kitchen only opens by then. Food served is average and that is a misfit as Hyderabad has one of the best culinary culture.

The facility does not have any car parking and one needs to park in the scorching heat in the open ground close by.

In house TV facility does not work and most of the time the cable connection is off and even on a complain they did not bother to restore or even update on the service.

If someone wants a budget place just to sleep and wake up, then one could go ahead or else as we realised there are better options for...

The worst experience ever. 1. The owner is super rude. 2.they makes you wait for hours to get a check-in done 3.they has no idea about what time the cafeteria opens and what food they serve. 4.The rooms are often too small. 5. The bed sheets were oily. 6. Last time when I visited the ac was not working and had to change the room twice. 7. When you give a bad rating he calls and bugs you and forces you to take down the rating. 8. Charges you 300 rupees for one curry stain on the bedsheets. The only good thing I can say is the house boys are very friendly and hospitable and the prices are reasonable. I'm posting this because they bugged me calling again and again and is very rude as I gave a bad rating. Would not recommend...
