Perfect for travel and hybrid work. 24/7 staff and digital systems make it safe for women travellers. In a residential area away from noisy traffic yet close to everything needed. Our 8-day stay at the hotel was a breeze. As an interracial couple, both our needs differ, and the hotel was able to accommodate both our preferences.

Staff: Right from the start we are met with hands-on administrators who give you a rundown of everything in-house. The staff embodies South Indian warmth and politeness and is available 24/7. Disciplined, coordinated daily routines; their walkie-talkies remind me of Toy Story. Always accommodating (they dealt with a dozen package deliveries for me).

Facilities: Assistance: On-call staff 24/7 at the front desk, guard/valet parking, housekeeping, and kitchen (specific hours). Parking and valet Quaint indoor and outdoor waiting areas seat a dozen. Lift accommodates 4. Travel essentials can be requested: hair dryer/iron and more. Toiletries: travel toothbrush and paste, dispenser for soaps and lotion Indian hand bidet, TP, bath towels, face towels, Complimentary: welcome drink, cookies, breakfast, (sachets) tea and coffee station, kettle, mosquito repellent, tissues, Bathroom: western commode, wet and dry combined bathroom, rain shower, good water pressure, towel rack with hooks Storage: plenty of storage, cupboards, hangers, workstations, Electricals: plenty of ambient lighting options, kettle, fan, AC, generator, digital key card, hot water, plenty of power points, and USB ports Disability access: entrance ramp, same-level lifts; however, reception and bathroom are at one-step height, voice announcements in lift, Braille not available, sign language not available, signage seen.

Food: Must have: authentic Jaggery Junnu, Insta-worthy milkshakes. The in-house food ranges of Indian breads, noodles, rice dishes and more. Excellent for a hybrid working situation; you wouldn't need to take out food for variety or miss the warmth of South Indian home food. (Bone in meat, low on other cuisines, but worth the adventure to try southern food)

Opportunities: Excellent for the price range, the staff make the stay priceless. Additional things that could elevate an already great experience: bath mats, a floor mat near the bed, WD90 on wardrobe doors, an ice machine, a switch cooler for the refrigerator, fitted sheets, lounge space, the placement of a towel rack away from the commode, labelling switches, and disability access.

South Indian warmth...

I had a wonderful stay at Oak Business Hotel in Kondapur, Hyderabad, where i stayed three days and two night as a family as part of my wife conference in Hitex. The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, yet it is conveniently close to Gachibowli, Hitec City, and Hitex Convention Centre, all within a 10-15 minute drive.

The standout feature of this hotel is its staff. They are incredibly polite, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless.

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient and accommodating reception staff. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to provide an early check-in and late check-out, which added great convenience to my travel plans.

While the hotel lacks a full-fledged restaurant, it does have a small pantry with three tables. However, the staff’s exceptional service more than makes up for this minor shortcoming, as they go out of their way to ensure guests have everything they need. Also the rates are pretty reasonable and so never have to depend on swiggy or zomato.
