The ThickShake Factory — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent unpleasant experience at restaurant . The incident occurred on today, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. Terrible. Was warned about this place and decided to give benefit of doubt. Food came quickly but was cold. Fries tasted off almost like it had been dunked into a chlorinated swimming pool, tasteless but at least those didn't taste off. The chips were incredibly greasy and tasted undercooked. Stomach now is cramping day after so wish me luck. AVOID THIS PLACE

The only reason I can think that this place is still open is because I think the staff understand what a mess it is. They usually give a little bit extra to what you ask for as if they feel responsible for the tip that it is. Maybe they are somewhat responsible but although the place is messy, the tables and sideboards are falling to pieces and I think that the staff are quite powerless to make a significant change which must feel quite disheartening and un-motivating on their part. I predict a local management issue.

We ordered a thickshake, and they gave us something which is not even milkshake and up on enquiry they insisting that it's a thickshake . Best option is to visit babai hotel just beside, which can have some good milkshake.
