Kesariyas Sweets Kondapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

On a Diwali day(12 November 2023) thought of buying a gift box for my friend. Went in and asked for a gift box with a mixed of all sweet so that my friend can taste each and every sweet and become a regular customer for this shop.

The owner was so rude and said that I cant give multiple varieties take any two or four. I was like give me multiple varieties of same price and category so that it's easy to charge me as well.

He said ok to his employee and started processing the gift box. As soon as he started the owner started abusing me.

I was so hurt!! And I told him not to do like this on a festival day he kept on abusing me. Cancelled the order and came off.

Definitely didn't like the way he treated me.

My message to the Owner - "People come to you shop because of your product. I agree to it. But if you are gonna behave like this you will loose customers gradually. You better don't repeat...

I rarely visit this restaurant, but this time, one of the staff members behaved rudely. I made a payment through Dineout, which I usually do when dining out. After the payment, they informed me that we didn’t accept Dineout payments. However, their account on Swiggy Dineout was active and receiving payments. They asked me to pay again through UPI, stating that they didn’t care about my payment method since I hadn’t asked them. When I refused to pay again, an elderly man rudely said, “You’re here to eat for free,” and told me to never return to the restaurant. I would have given him a proper lesson, but I was with my family and didn’t want any trouble. Despite the rude behavior of the staff, especially the old man, the food is good, and the other staff members were friendly. This man should be removed or if he is the owner then he should not...

Very disgusting and very much disappointing the shop look is good but the food quality is so disgusting ,just afternoon I brought sandwiches it’s so bad and they charge me 70 for 1 they are charging the market price but when it’s quality it’s so bad no taste I felt I am just having a plan bread. To cmplain also we can reach to phone as the it’s not reachable message to owners of Kasariya sweet is you can’t provide quality food shut the store don’t site and fill your pocket...
