Hotel Review: Worst Experience Ever!

I recently stayed at this property and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hospitality was nonexistent, and the staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and acted as if we were bothering them with basic check-in questions. The room service was just as bad—calls for assistance were ignored, and when they finally answered, they responded with attitude.

The condition of the room was terrible. It was unclean, the bed sheets looked used, and the bathroom had a foul smell. When we requested housekeeping, they either didn’t show up or barely did anything.

The worst part was the manager’s behavior. Instead of addressing complaints professionally, he was dismissive and rude. He acted as if guests were a burden rather than paying customers.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay, avoid Super Town House...

We booked room for 3 adults in one room in the Goibibo app. And while check in at the hotel, they deny the checkin and asking for extra money. We asked him why we should pay extra then he started complaining that our behaviour is not good. This hotel have provided provision for booking 3 adults in a room so we booked.

We requested Goibibo to shift our hotel booking and penalise the RRR In and they did it in one hour. Goibibo agent asked hotel owner about the issue (reason behind customer rude behaviour) infront of me then hotel owner was not conveying the reason and just said i dont want to give room to these guys. Since hotel owner is not able to give proper reason of denail, goibibo charged penalty and provided us new rooms in near by hotel.

Worst hotel experience .. The guy in the reception is not suppose to be in hotel at all. At the time of checkout exactly at 11am he switched of the main switch for my checkout … This is the first time I’m seeing an hotel person doing it … Bloody hell he has no regards for his guest … Dnt ever walk in to this hotel.. asked towel and...
