Treebo Premium Seven Lake View — Hotel in Hyderabad

I've booked this hotel for two days and stayed for only one day that too I've paid for that one day in advance, there was always a mixed opinion on hotels we stay, but here no such response just anonymous. And it's pathetic

I was offered a room in the second floor and told to take steps, when I asked about the lift, he said it won't be operating for one month, he also told me to talk to Treebo management fire the inconvenience as he won't take any responsibility. (Owners are at danger with such arrogant employees specially Naveen)

After entering the room, room size is decent with Tank bund view and the floor and bed was cleaned properly but the walls, window glass, mirrors and nothing else were maintained properly, dust every where, wash room was big with a tub also but when we pressed the flush of the commode it didn't turned off at all, they tried to rectify but changed my room.

Now I was offered Suite room they say, room was decent with sperate living room with TV, and tank bund view from bed room, here the room was clean, when entered the wash room and tried to use the dental kit, then came the real residents of that room a dozens of cockroach came from that kit and Soya's all over the wash room, the wash room is full of cockroaches, no post control at all.

There is a restaurant at the hotel but you won't be given a menu in the room when order something they'll stand right in front of you until you pay them for what you're served, they won't allow you to pay you at the time if check out, but to pay on spot as they say restaurant is maintained by some others than the hoteliers.

Complementary breakfast is something you'll lose the last respect on this hotel, you won't get many options in breakfast but very limited, idly that too small idlies, fried idly preferably made by the left over idlies, vada and a paratha. That's all you call complementary breakfast, when asked for dosa he said chargeable. Their attitude at breakfast is like looking at the guests like refugees from cyclone camps to whom they are feeding for free.

I would suggest you rather stay someplace else. The rooms are ok - ok, but everything else right from staff behavior to food isn't that great. They stand on the words of being a budget hotel in that way! They will also keep pushing you to shift out once check out time is over or nearing and will make you feel uncomfortable. There is a serious lack of hospitality and they are borderline rude, specially the front office/reception. If you plan to stay here still, don't stay more than 1 night max. Naveen the manager is difficult to deal with and apparently he is busy to even meet you. Other staff of the hotel are fine but the management team isn't , which is not how a so called decent hotel supposed to function. I am surprised how they function in the hospitality sector with such a low hospitality delivered. It started as ok but ended on overall experience being not...

1.Perfectly located in the Heart of the city near Hussain Sagar Lake and exterior is very beautiful.

Rooms are not well maintained and Furniture is broken, ceiling of bathroom had a leakage. overall one cannot feel luxury in rooms, those are average comfortable rooms.

Restaurant service is very good and food is very tasty. The best thing is that they serve varieties of pure veg dishes.

Staff is very lazy ...i checked in at 2.00 pm but my room was not ready , i waited for 1 hr. But after that they allotted me wrong category room(standard but I booked deluxe). I complained but it took half an hour to resolve.

Breakfast has very less variety...not as per the standard of treebo. They didn't serve Milk cornflakes and fruits everyday .
