The worst experience I've ever faced in my travel stay. The images shown are not of the rooms that are allocated for Fab Hotels. Those are for their own bookings which are not allocated for Fab hotels. I was asked to move out of the hotel at 10 PM because I've asked for the facilities that were offered and I've paid money for. The manager at Fab hotels, Madhapur told that "Rooms booked for fab hotels will be like this only".

I've reported the issue to Fab hotels 3 weeks before over call and more than 2 weeks over mail and they have not yet resolved the issue and keep on delaying the issue with improper working. 3 weeks of delay and lots of humiliations is what I've got from Fab hotels.

Though I was removed out of the hotel and the hotel manager check out from his website, Fab hotels inform me that as per the policy I've to pay money for the 3 hours I've stayed and humiliation I faced.

I would never prefer fab hotels anymore. Some of the images are posted here...AC remote was not working, intercom was not working. The main lock for the room was not fit and improper. The room was smelling foul indicating that it was not cleaned regularly. There are not even basic toiletries and they charge you more that 2k for the room which is very small. With the same budget, you can get much bigger rooms, better facilities, bigger balcony and all amenities just below the rooms offered for Fab hotels by the same hotel management but they will not be alloted for Fab hotels.

Don't get cheated by these people who doesn't have business ethics and customer...

This is one of the Worst accommodations, I can't recommend this for 500rs. also.

Room is dammm old and dirty, someone's scrap house converted in to hotel doesn't make any sense. There are cobweb in every corner of the room. Total furniture is scrap, you can't open any door of cupboard they have. Cockroches roaming around.

Washroom like they not clean for months.u can check my photos of proof.

They won't even call once to ask for water or any other service.

Attitude of staff is top of the sky. It's like they doing favor to us for mistakenly book this room. Very very rude , they been hired from some dump culture and their uniform is like they wake up after month sleep. Handing over key was like Damm hard for them.

They were doing some maintenance work early morning and don't let you to sleep.

What photos uploaded on website, there is nothing as that. BED and bed sheet is Damm dirty smelly. Not a single facility of hotel available in this.

In one house they done 3 bedroom converted to 3 hotel rooms. U feel unsafe in this enviornment as well.

I will guide maximum people to make mistake...

Rooms are not maintained well. (May be bcoz i booked from Goibibo) I got a worst room. Staffs are very rude. They want to make out of everything. Even for friends or family come to visit for 10mins they want to change 500rs per person. I understand if someone stays back we have to pay, just to visit they are charging 500rs. I stayed for 3 nights and asked for extension to check out by 3 clock. They are asked for 600rs I said ok, they said even 1 min late (3:01) I have to pay 1000rs. So much money minded. This is one of the worst experience. Also this place don't allow any food delivery person to come up, so we have to go down from 7th floor and get it by ourself. I don't recommend this place, if ur travelling to another state to meet ur friends or family....
