The place is good, however the service could be better. When I ordered Pani puri, the pani puri guy refused to give onion saying that onion is over. I had to ask the owner for onion, he gave the onions to the guy serving pani puri and gave the excuse that the pani puri guy is new. The puri was soggy(had to request to open a fresh packet), the chole were cold(had to again request to heat it). On top of all this, the guy served only 6 pcs of pani puri. As per the rate chart, one plate pani puri should have 8 pcs, but the guy serving pani puri never gives 8 pcs (based on my observation of him serving others). If the management is reading this, please take appropriate action. Making money is not the only thing, if the customer is satisfied and happy, he will come back again, but definitely...

Went for evening chaat..bad experience. It's over priced for the quality they provide. Ordered Sev puri..₹50/- and there was pinch of Sev sprinkled on each poori. Also, being from Mumbai this Sev puri was pathetic as per my personal standards.. maybe Hyderabad locals like the way it is. Just google Sev puri images and remove 95% Sev from it.. that's what you will get at that price. Service is also poor, i have eaten Sev puri with flat-puri as base..and these people don't have..!!! It's a kind of crime...

One of the decent places in the location. And good place for sitting inside and Outside. It's near by Image Hospital and Raheja Mindspace. Good collection of Cakes, Chocolates, Puffs, Drinks and Ice Cream. Most of the Employees(people) are visits, near by locations to many companies are there.Nice place to spend good time with friends.
