Hotel Princes' Palace — Hotel in Indore City

Only positives were location and average to good rooms (premier rooms). Downside is pathetic service -

1. Reception is not receptive at all, no welcoming gestures, no courtesy. Though we had a two night stay reserved, post one night, our access card was blocked. When we went to reception to get it reactivated, the response of the lady at reception was nothing short of rude.
2. No hot running water in shower area - despite our repeated complaints, it cloud not be sorted out until the end of our stay. Every time we went to complain, the manager at reception would just call In house in charge and just leave.
3. No restaurant available, no room service available. Not many options to eat out as well at odd hours.
4. Ongoing construction in some parts of the hotel, constant noise.
5. No emergency exit, staircase was blocked / out of service due to ongoing construction.
6. In spite of above all negatives, the hotel is neither value for money. Definitely expecting better for the tariff they...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Prince's Palaca, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed.

First and foremost, the staff was exceptional. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and attended to all my needs promptly.

The room was nothing short of a sanctuary. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was evident. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I enjoyed every sunrise and sunset.

I booked hotel in advance on call and confirmed for two nights booking in advance and I was told 2300 for two nights and when I paid bill after checkout they demanded me 4600 and the behaviour was very rude of the front desk staff. I will never recommend this hotel as it's not worth for money and behaviour is also very rude. They gave wrong commitment about the price and charged me double of it. Cheap behaviour. When I told them that i need for two nights booking then why she told the price for one night and after confirming that 2300 is for two night she said yes but while making payment her behaviour was rude and charged me double. I want that this should not happen with anyone else. I am going to make complaint about this and I want refund of 2400/- back in my account. I dont want my hard earned money...
