It's our first Rajasthani Haveli experience and it was absolutely amazing. At first we too were kind of not so sure about the place looking at the reviews, but for us the experience turned out to be excellent. Our first experience, a beautiful Haveli, absolutely gorgeous. The vibe and the interiors are absolutely fantastic. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, booked through Voyaah. Voyaah has some good offers here, they'll give some complementary benefits. Check that as well.
Service - 5/5 : Special Shout out to our friend from the restaurant "Dashrat Rathod" for his excellent service. His generous greetings and kind communication with everyone will leave always leave a smile on your face. His team as well are very generous and will attend and server you anytime anything anywhere. The service is in par with the big bulls like the Taj or Radissons. So special thanks to Dashratji and team.
Ambience - 5/5 : Absolutely amazing. During this time of the stay they have fairly decent bookings, so you have a few folks around which actually makes this place a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The haveli is quite big and has some fantastic views inside and outside the building.
Food - 5/5 : Food is quite good, you'll love all the items. Breakfast is excellent too, don't expect too much but it's great. You'll have the basics, Bread, Eggs and all related dishes, Juice, Amazing Pineapple and Papaya, Idli (Chutney could have been better), most of these will be common throughout the days. A few dishes will be on a rotation, Poha, Savige Upma, Puri Bhaji, Parotha, etc. Excellent taste and quality. If you need something fresh, they'll provide you with no questions asked.
Location - 5/5 : Location of the property is good, not the best but very close to the main areas. Surrounding the property are some logistic shops and offices so you'll see some big trucks around. It's on the main road so you don't need to worry about access to public transport. Olas and Ubers are also easily accessible, only at some occasions you'll see some delay in bookings.
Overall - 5/5 : We loved our stay, we wish we could've planned the stay for a little longer, but we'll visit...

BAD Mixed felling about this stay. In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel by any means and here's why. Staff- at the restaurant they hardly speak English and service really really slow (i.e. 10mins for a bill). I've seen them counting customers tips in front of other guests dining which is not what you expect seeing at a 4 stars hotel. Also, I've witnessed other guests flying drones during dinner time and in this heritage hotel it's not acceptable in my opinion - staff was simply amazed by the flying object and totally forgot about the dinner service. Consider that in the bill they already charge you for service, but the waiters still expect to get extra tips. If you don't, you can clearly see they are not happy about it.
Breakfast- not included and it costs 700rp per person, which is still ok when you provide lots of options for different tastes but this was not the case (i.e. only orange jam, no honey, no water). We've asked for a glass of water to drink during breakfast and they told us that water was not uncluded in the buffet (what?) but chargeable separately, so they charged us 138rp which in my country is about £1.5 / €1.7 as extra on top of the 700rp. Come on! Also, during the breakfast they've brought us eggs which we didn't request claiming that we did- my fiancee is allergic to eggs so no way we could have asked for it.
Food - dinner is buffet style and it's costs around 1500rp including taxes. Quality is average really Indian spicy food. They claim all the food, including Indian, is not spicy but.. it definitely is.
Room - bed was very soft which is not ideal for sleeping. No frigo bar.
Swimming pool - it is definitely nice but it should be cleaned more often. Lots of bugs getting trap in my hair while swimming.
Wi-Fi - not working in the room. Only restaurant and swimming pool and it keeps asking for logins.
Again, I'm writing this review keeping in mind this is a 4 stars hotel.
GOOD The structure is really nice. Definitely an oasis in the middle of chaotic city but with it's own pitfalls. Hopefully this review will help other guests in managing their...
