Today I went your restaurant and I had dinner a chicken biryani ,food was tasty but it was such a horrible service .Let me tell you a story , I reached Jaipur today I went for Lunch that time also ,they served us very late and I thought may be they are quite busy or something and again I went for dinner again delayed,the guy wearing pink polo t shirt ,I guess his name Sharma jee who welcomed the guest he said your food will be ready in next 5-6 min we wait for 30-35 min .in between they give us plate but food was still not served we ask them twice they said 5 min again and again .we ask for tissue no one is listening ,and one waiter we directly asked him on his face ,he said ok and he didn’t came back ,my friend had to bring it by own from the counter .And one more incident while payment I gave my card for payment but the transaction was fail ,I try twice still failed and again I gave another card again transaction failed And I tell them may be your machine problem but instead of the cashier the Sharma jee who wear pink t shirt he responded to me very rudely no it’s your Card problem,cash dedo na ,I said we don’t have cash ,my friend paid from his Paytm (And when we left from there I told them your food was very tasty but the service is very poor Sharma jee who was wearing a pink t shirt reply to us : thik hae thik hae koi baat nahi ) I am staying here for a week and I thought that I found a place where I can have my dinner and lunch but little did I knew this is one of the worst places I might have ever visited No basic...

While the business of an outlet grows, one must learn to be modest! If not, they at least should know how to behave on a professional level! I believe I need to mention this, maybe it’ll be helpful for others! The food quality is ok ok! Not that great! But I thought to give it another try even after trying it for the first time! The behaviour of all of the staff were very unprofessional and unpleasant ! Well what can you expect when the manager/cashier there is like that! There was someone named Sharma Ji, the man with Moooch and enlarged stomach! - BEWARE of that one! He is a talker, yet insensitive to the customer’s simple needs. I guess people like him should be removed from their jobs! Very very poor service! If you’re good with that you can visit this place, but if you think you deserve respect, not just by being called “Sir” yet a normal respectful service, please DO NOT VISIT THEM! Because food is not everything! You can find much much better restaurants in Jaipur ! Avoid this place! And the manager of this place, if you’re reading this, please learn simple decency and train your staff better! I saw your guy Sharma behaving badly with another customer on asking Tissues and to another, on payment getway error, in my both visits. 3 batch of people left due to non attendance after waiting for 15-20 mins....
