Hotel Bhaskar — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

During my recent stay at Hotel Baskar, I regret to say that it was far from a pleasant experience. The overall quality of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lackluster reception which set the tone for the rest of my stay.

Firstly, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The cleanliness was questionable, as there were stains on the bed sheets and mold in the bathroom. The furniture and decor were outdated, giving an overall and dreary impression. Additionally, the room had a distinct musty smell which was very off-putting.

The hotel staff also left a lot to be desired. Their lack of professionalism and attentiveness was evident throughout my stay. When I approached the front desk with inquiries or requests, they seemed disinterested and were unwilling to offer any assistance. It was clear that they had a lack of proper training and customer service skills.

Moreover, the amenities that were advertised were either not available or in poor condition. The fitness center was poorly maintained, with broken equipment and limited options. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and constantly dropped, making it difficult to stay connected.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Baskar was unsatisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and inadequate amenities made my stay quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and...

Very pathetic service. Don't go by the pictures given on google.. It's fake. And definitely not with reviews. We had checked in( Me wife and two babies) few days back. Just after entering room found it in a shabby state. Can see lots of trimmed hairs and lipstick stains on the linen. AC was not working. Upon going to reception the staff was initially not ready to admit it. Later upon insisting, sent a housekeeping guy to room whom he admitted of linen not being changed and said will change soon. When I asked to refund my money and leave hotel they were not allowing. Said that they will change linen or will give another room but not refund since I have already checked in.. The place was not at all feeling safe to stay with family as there is a bar and a local wine shop near by. Hence didn't want to take a chance. Had to pay a 24 hrs room charge just for staying less than 10mins in the room. Finally had to look for a new hotel at close to midnight with wife and kids. Unprofessional and arrogant staff at the reception. The first improvement you need to do is to fire these people.

I tried to give feedback about the parking valet but the staff was arrogant and unresponsive to what i said. Refused to call the manager by giving excuses So i chose this platform instead.

I attended a party here and clearly the service staff was unprofessional AF. They were Filling the disposable glasses with water by

"holding the glasses with their fingers inside the glasses."

After seeing the staff in action not only i clicked few pictures of them but also i refused to drink their water.

SUCH A NEGLIGENCE AT THE TIME OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC (SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED BY ANYONE AT ALL). THIS MUST BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. Which i shall soon.

The food was okayish but after seeing what the staff was doing (totally unhygienic) i am sure that the kitchen must be operating under minimum possible Hygienic conditions.
