The Burj Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

One of the FRAUDULENT places to visit in Jaipur. I went there to celebrate a birthday party and i ordered for my food. In the menu it was mentioned that it was a nonveg platter however they did not mentioned the full items in description about what all will be served in that platter. I got Two plates of kabab and a garlic bread plate on my Table. So we ate it. After sometime the service boy came with someone and started argument with me . He said why did I consumed the other plate of garlic bread and nonveg platter, if it was not ordered by me.

I was shocked to see his arrogance, because what came on my table I had it. It was your blunder to serve me extra portion on my table. You did not mention what all you serve in the platter on menu card.

The service boy forced me to pay for it and I took my stand and denied him continuously for 10 min.

Guess what happened after that , he served my half eaten platter to someone else , took it away from me .

He again came to me and said that the garlic bread charges will be waived of and I can enjoy my evening now. As if he is doing me a favor.

Guess what , again he charged me for the garlic bread on my bill.

The beer bucket says on the menu card that it is " The beer Bucket" so they give your only 5 pint of beer instead of 6. So here also they played well .

There was a fire gun which you can call on your table which gives you fire work for less than 1 minute, the other service boy told me that it is for 500INR In the bill it came for 1000 INR.

They even charged me for water bottle which I did not consumed. In total they play well by hiding and not disclosing full details on menu and they serve you extra food item intentionally to make you embarrassed and pay for it . When you usually go with your friends or family you tend to avoid see bill details and pay without argument. Well they know it and they play well here.

Yes the ambience is nice , but what is the point of having such ambience when you torchure your customer through out the time by all such pathetic tricks and behaviour.

It's better NOT TO GO AT THIS HIGHLY DECORATED FRAUDULENT, NON COURTEOUS PLACE.

it's very easy to create and copy something from somewhere , but service needs quality and here you failed. Jaipur is not a big place and soon you will be famous for your fraud Tricks there.

Just to confirm you all innocent customer , that it's not a paid review from any other competitors. I made him deduct for 4 things from my bill and then paid for it.

I am writing this to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to "The Burj”.

🚨 Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the rude behavior of your staff. The staff was not only unprofessional, but also lacked basic manners and hospitality skills. This made the overall experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable for us.

🚨 Secondly, the food quality was also not up to the mark. I was extremely disappointed with the food as I had loosemotions and food poisoning the very next day. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately, as food safety and hygiene should be a top priority for any hospitality establishment.

🚨 Thirdly, I was shocked and disgusted by the touchy behavior of your bouncers towards my female friends. This is not only inappropriate, but also a serious safety concern, especially for solo female travelers or groups with women. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed urgently.

🚨 Fourthly, I feel that the safety of guests, especially girls, is not taken seriously at "The Burj". The behavior of the bouncers only adds to this concern. I believe this is a major area of improvement that needs to be addressed.

🚨 Lastly, the staff's CORRUPT behavior was a major disappointment. The price I was told on the phone was different from what I was charged at the venue. This kind of unethical behavior is not only unacceptable, but also damaging to the reputation of "The Burj".

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to the issues...
