However, my most recent visit left me feeling quite disheartened. When attempting to make a payment via your designated app, I was unexpectedly denied and asked to pay again using an alternative method. This came as a surprise and inconvenience, considering my longstanding loyalty and consistent patronage over the years. As someone who has supported your business for half a decade, I believe it's important to address such issues constructively. I understand that technical glitches can occur, but as a loyal customer, I hope for a smoother resolution process. I carry a good brand image of love over coffee in my mind and may be that took me there to try new outlet which is in vaishali. So my first experience to this place went like
Firstly they took almost 65 minutes to serve a sandwich and 50 minutes for maggie. Taste was good presentation was good.
Ambiance was amazing but seats was not comfortable enough to make your customers wait for hours.
Secondly, when i did asked for a concern person to come out who does solve the customer queries and manage cash counter, management replied “he is busy in the kitchen” i asked them for a feedback form they said we don’t have one sir.
The reason for delay in service was according to staff was i ordered through FUDR.in not directly on the cash counter, but they might not have the information about physical menu which is not available in any LOC brand outlets now.
Ambiance or food presentation doesn’t run the places, Quality of food taste and Service does…!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read moreI don't if my review would matter in thousands of reviews. But still I would like to share my experience. I was one of the regular customers of this particular branch but due to their ignorant behaviour towards customer I stopped going there.
There have been many many instances where they didn't care about my time. They took almost one hour to prepare basic food like garlic bread and normal cold coffee.
Also, when you remind them of the order, they try to lie or I don't know if they are trying to make fool. They say like just 10 mins or 5 mins. It's already being prepared. Then again , the same story when you remind them again. So, sometimes it also feels humiliating because after giving multiple reminders they are not caring for your time or they are not valuing you. It feels like they are giving us some favour. It feels very humiliating. If you want to try late night snacks you might want to go to somewhere else. Other branches of LOC are good.
